The Consortium, a national rehabilitation research and training center, is a partnership among Georgetown University's Center for Child and Human Development, The Heller School at Brandeis University, the Institute for Child Health Policy (University of Florida), and Family Voices, a national organization of families and friends working on behalf of children with special health care needs. The mission of this Consortium is to improve rehabilitation outcomes for children and youth with disabilities and special health care needs by increasing the effectiveness of service systems.
