At Gaylord Opryland, meetings aren't only for attendees. With so many parents reluctant to leave their children at home, you can bring your children and feel secure that they will be offered exceptional care and activities. The Children's Program, open to children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, is offered by La Petite Academy, a nationally recognized, experienced, and insured professional child care company. La Petite will provide child care on site at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center from Tuesday, July 15 through Sunday, July 20. La Petite Academy is staffed with fun-loving professionals who are certified in early childhood development and fully trained in first aid and CPR. Parents can rest assured knowing their children are in a safe, secure and nurturing environment. Drop your child off at the Children's Program for a full day, half day, or just a few hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily and 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Sunday, July 20. The fee is $8.00 per hour per child, a discounted rate for Training Institutes participants.

Choose from the following options to meet your child care needs:

• Child Care. Care for children ages 3 through 12 will offer plenty of activities to keep them interested and involved, as well as special entertainment such as a magician and the "Mad Scientist." Nutritious snacks and lunch are included.
• Infants and Toddlers. For children under the age of three, age appropriate activities will be provided, along with cribs to accommodate sleeping schedules. Advance reservations are required in order to ensure appropriate staffing and equipment.
• Special Events. Child care hours will be extended until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, July 15 during the Pre-Institutes dinner reception and on Thursday, July 17 during the welcome banquet. A special children's dinner party and entertainment are included.
• Additional Child Care Needs. Please note that La Petite Academy can provide additional child care on an hourly basis. Contact La Petite Academy directly for any additional child care needs.

All reservations and payments will be handled directly through La Petite Academy. Reservations should be made as early as possible, no later than July 1, to ensure space for your child and the best staffing arrangements. A nonrefundable $25 deposit (payable by credit card, check, or online) is required to hold your reservation; the deposit will be credited to your child care bill.
