Presentation and Handout Instructions

PRESENTATIONS

All faculty members are requested to use Microsoft Power Point for presentations.

  • Power Point presentations must be submitted electronically.
  • Presentations will be pre-loaded on the computers in each session room.
  • Power Point presentations should be brought to the "Faculty Registration Station" upon arrival at the Training Institutes on a flash drive or on a CD. Staff will copy your presentation and return your flash drive or CD.
  • You will be asked to complete a form at the Faculty Registration Station specifying your name, the title and number of your session, and the exact name of the file containing your presentation.

HANDOUTS Handouts should be provided by faculty members for each session, including copies of Power Point presentations.

  • All handouts should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, or as a PDF file to Institutes2008@aol.com.
  • These materials will be duplicated for participants if received prior to the deadline.
  • All handouts should be clearly marked with your name and the title and number of your session.
  • Due to budgetary constraints, handouts should be limited to no more than 10 pages per faculty member.
  • If you must bring your own handouts, you should bring 300 copies, as well as an electronic version.

MATERIALS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR DUPLICATION BY JUNE 16, 2008
