Reservations

All reservations must be made directly with the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center through their online reservation system or by telephone.

Special group rates for Training Institutes participants are $165 per night for a single room and $175 per night for a double room plus taxes, with a $20 charge for each additional person 18 years or older.

This special conference rate includes wireless high-speed internet access; the first 20 minutes of telephone use complimentary for local, toll free, and credit card access telephone calls; unlimited use of the fitness center; daily newspaper delivered to your room; in-room coffee and tea; and two bottles of water daily. Also included in the conference room rate is complimentary scheduled shuttle transportation to local attractions including the Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall, and General Jackson's Showboat.

These discounted hotel rates are available from Saturday, July 5 through Sunday, July 27, based upon room availability at the hotel, for participants who would like to extend their stay. Reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. Cancellations must be received 3 days prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund of room reservation deposits. Credit cards and checks may be used to hold your reservations.

Room reservations must be made no later than June 12. However, it is strongly recommended that hotel reservations be made as early as possible to ensure availability. After June 12, 2008, the hotel will accept reservations at the conference rate on a space-available basis only.

Upon check-in, the hotel will require a credit or debit card imprint or a cash deposit in the amount of $50 for incidental charges (amounts not used will be refunded). Please note that while the first 20 minutes of local, toll free, and credit card access telephone calls are complimentary, additional time for telephone calls from the hotel may be expensive; use of a phone card or other alternative may be more economical.

Parking at the Gaylord Opryland is $16 per day for self parking and $24 per day for valet parking for hotel guests. The same rates apply for non-hotel guests, but these rates do not include "in and out" privileges for non-hotel guests.

Please note that the Gaylord Opryland is a nonsmoking property in all guest rooms and indoor areas.

Fitness Center and Spa

Training Institutes participants have complimentary, unlimited use of the new 3400 square foot Relâche Fitness Center at the Gaylord Opryland. The center is open 24 hours a day and offers state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, a wide variety of classes are offered at a nominal fee, such as yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, kickboxing, meditation, total body boot camp, and core tighten and tone. At the Relâche Spa, attendees can enjoy a world exclusively created to soothe and rejuvenate. This world class spa is dedicated to pampering, peace, and renewal. Training Institutes participants will receive a 10% discount on all spa services. The spa and fitness facilities include sauna and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, and a full service salon. Visit the Relâche Spa and Fitness Center and leave better than you can imagine.
