Fees

The registration fee for the Training Institutes is $745. This fee covers attendance at all Institutes, Workshops, Special Forums, General Sessions, Poster Session and dessert reception, attendance at a Targeted Institute, daily breakfast and breaks, welcome banquet, luncheon, networking lunch, and all conference materials. Tickets for guests to attend the welcome banquet will be available for purchase on site at the Training Institutes. Attendance at a Pre-Institutes Training Program requires an additional registration fee of $225.

Interpretation Services/Servicios de Interpretación

Sign language and Spanish interpretation services will be provided at the Training Institutes. Please indicate your need for sign language or Spanish interpretation services by checking the appropriate box on the Training Institutes Registration Form.

Durante los Institutos, se prestarán servicios de interpretación para sordomudos e interpretación al español. Por favor indique en su formulario de inscripción para los Institutos de Capacitación si usted necesitará estos servicios.

If you require accommodations to ensure your full participation in the Georgetown University Training Institutes, please provide that information at least ten days prior to the conference so that appropriate arrangements can be made. The Training Institutes are funded and organized by the National Technical Assistance Center for Children?s Mental Health at the Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development in partnership with the Child, Adolescent and Family Branch of the federal Center for Mental Health Services. Additional support for the 2008 Training Institutes is being provided by The Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email, mail, or fax) by June 25, 2008 in order to qualify for a refund. A $95 administrative fee will be applied to all refunds. Persons canceling after June 25 and no-shows are responsible for the entire registration fee and are not eligible for refunds. However, substitutions will be accepted by email, mail, or fax, indicating the name of the person canceling and the name, along with complete registration information, of the person substituting.
