A limited number of scholarships is available to assist family members of children and adolescents with mental health needs and youth to participate in the Training Institutes. Scholarships will be in the form of partial or full waivers of the Institutes registration fee. A limited amount of scholarship assistance is available to cover some of the costs of child care services for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years who may be accompanying participants to the Training Institutes. Applicants should seek funding from other sources to cover travel and hotel costs. Preference for scholarship assistance will be given to individuals who have not received scholarships for previous Training Institutes. Please note that a separate Scholarship Application Form must be submitted for each person requesting scholarship assistance.

All applications for scholarship assistance must be submitted no later than May 16, 2008. Two mechanisms are offered for submitting scholarship applications:
