The Nashville International Airport is a convenient nine miles from the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center. Discounted airfares have been negotiated for Training Institutes participants on American Airlines. Participants will receive a 5% discount off applicable fares. Discounted rates for tickets are available for travel from July 5 through July 27. To take advantage of these special discounted airfares, reservations can be made directly with American Airlines by phone or online, through the Training Institutes Travel Agency (West End Travel), or through your own travel agent. Specify that you will be attending the Georgetown University Training Institutes and the promotional code provided below.

Ground Transportation

The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center offers a shuttle service to and from the Nashville International Airport. Training Institutes participants receive a 10% discount on shuttle services. The discounted rates are $22.50 one-way and $31.50 roundtrip per person for adults and $21.50 for children ages 4 to 12. Children under age 4 are free.

Prior reservations are not necessary. However, participants can make advance reservations and pre-pay for shuttle services by telephone or online, using the group code specified below.

Participants will find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport in the baggage claim area between the two escalators. Tickets for the shuttle can be purchased from the agent at the Welcome Desk or by using the kiosk located at the desk. Tickets may also be purchased from the shuttle driver. The group code listed below must be used in order to obtain the Training Institutes discounted rate. The hours of operation of the Gaylord Opryland Transportation Shuttle Service to and from the Nashville airport are from 5:00 AM-11:00 PM daily.

Car Rental

Discounts for car rental are available through Hertz. Hertz pick-up and drop-off locations are conveniently located at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, as well as at the Nashville International Airport. For the special conference rates and reservations, call Hertz at their toll free number, specify that you will be attending the Georgetown University Training Institutes, and mention the Hertz Discount number provided below. Discounted rates for rental cars are valid for use from July 7 through July 27.
