Grounded in Developmental Knowledge

An understanding of typical and atypical development is critical in an Early Childhood Mental Health System of Care .  There are  a number of organziations with websites offering a comprehensive look at typical development in chidren, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, Zero to Three, and San Diego's How Kids Develop.
